As part of our holistic approach to the health of the hair and scalp, it is our policy for all new (on scalp) hair -colour clients to have a skin sensitivity test.

This test should be done around 48 hours prior (or earlier) to your first appointment with us.

Our salon hours are flexible, if you would like an "out of hours" appointment please email or phone us.

    ** Cancellations or booking inside 24 hours of the appointment cannot be made online, you will need to call us**

When you first use our new appointment system you will be prompted to register with an email and password.

Then you will enter your own secure area , where you can:

• View your past and furure appointments.
• Make an online booking.
•        Change the day or time of a booking
• Join our "Celebrity" loyalty program.
• Check on your "Celebrity" points.
• Claim a Celebrity reward.

Your booking will be immediately confirmed via email (no waiting for Sandra to confirm), however if a slight change is needed to the time Sandra will email you.

Once you have booked you will receive a reminder email or SMS two days before your appointment.
