We require brand-new colour clients to visit the salon for a free-of-charge in-salon consultation at least 48 hours before their scheduled appointment.
WHAT IS THE CONSULTATION FOR?

We discuss your hair goals, your hair condition is evaluated as to its suitability for the new colour, and we also talk about past colour services (even though it may look like your it has washed out, there can still be residual pigment in your hair that can affect a new colour outcome)
Skin or Patch test
This is extremely important! Allergies are becoming more and more common nowadays, and all hair colour manufacturers recommend that a skin sensitivity test be performed. We understand it can be inconvenient. We place a small dot behind your ear let it sit for a few minutes and wipe away the excess. It needs to sit undisturbed for 48hrs to see if there is any reaction (itch, tingle or redness)
Pricing and Time allocation for your appointment
We can also speak about the costs involved in achieving your desired result. This also allows me to ensure enough time has been allocated for your service. You will also have a better idea of when to expect to be finished.
